KIMBERLY'S YOGA JOURNEY
Welcome! My journey with yoga began over a decade ago as a complement to my dance training—initially a means of movement and exercise. While I connected deeply with how the practice felt in my body, I had yet to understand its full potential.
During graduate school, my path took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with dysautonomia, specifically Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Traditional Western medicine offered limited solutions, leading me to explore alternative healing modalities. Determined to restore balance, I immersed myself in polyvagal exercises, somatic and fascial release, mindfulness, trauma healing, breathwork, and intentional movement.
Through this holistic approach, I not only freed myself from medications and chronic disease, but also deepened my understanding of the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit.
What began as a purely physical practice transformed into a sacred tool for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. Now, I am honored to share this wisdom—creating a space where clients and students feel seen, supported, and guided on their own paths to well-being. I’m truly grateful you’re here.
